We’re excited to be doing an exclusive screening of the Beyond Off Grid film on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at 1:00pm to 3:00pm ET at the SGK Emergency Prepper Expo, held at the Farm Bureau Center, Meadow Event Park in Doswell, VA.  This will be a screening of the film followed by a questions-and-answers session with the producer.

About the Film

Beyond Off Grid is a documentary film that explores why we should strive to reduce our dependence on the modern economy and control grid, and how this can be accomplished. The modern consumer economy and associated way of living, with all of its conveniences and comforts, is not resilient to calamity, and often distracts from true blessings.

True freedom is found by Returning to the Old Paths of productive households and local community interdependence. By exposing the weaknesses of the modern financial, transportation, and food production systems, and bringing to light the solutions that are available by learning from the past and wisely applying technology, this film seeks to inspire folks to a greater degree of self-reliance and local community interdependence while trusting in God.
