1. Focus on one area at a time
Choose one aspect of traditional foods that appeals to you. Do you like sourdough? Would your family enjoy water kefir soda? Maybe even just remembering to soak your beans properly is a place you can start. What does your current schedule look like and what is one thing that you can fit in right now? Learn that new technique and master it before moving on to another.
