The Beyond Off Grid project team comes from diverse backgrounds, but they all have a passion for returning to the old paths and producing outstanding video and other content to encourage others to do so as well.
Jason Matyas
Co-Founder, Executive Producer
Jason Matyas is a husband, father of seven, lifelong gardener, Air Force veteran, and visionary entrepreneur with a wide-ranging background. He is a marketing strategist and business consultant, and has been Founder or Co-Founder of six startups. He is the founder of a family business with his children called Seeds for Generations that provides heirloom garden seeds and inspiration for gardening as a family.
Mike Berzins
Writer / Producer
Mike Berzins is a writer and producer of Beyond Off Grid. He has many years of professional writing experience. Mike lives in Missouri with his wife and children.
Jacob Dellinger
Videographer / Editor
Jacob Dellinger is a husband, father of three, engineer, videographer, and life-long entrepreneur. He is the owner of Michael’s Videography, an award-winning event and corporate video production company based out of Southwest Virginia.
Sophek (Sean) Tounn
Co-Founder, Director/Producer
Sophek (Sean) Tounn is a small farm advocate, health food proponent, entrepreneur and father of 5. Sean lives in Missouri with his wife, five children, two dogs, a cat and is living his Beyond Off Grid life in Theodosia, Missouri on 15 beautiful acres.
Dustin Ledden
Editor
Dustin is doing what he loves: raising his children on a small homestead in the peaceful Ozark hills. But when he’s not tending the sheep, quail, or tilapia, he spends his time producing feature films and developing internet media.
